| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce je zaměřená na návrh a implementaci BI řešení pro obchodní oddělení společnosti. Naplnění hlavního cíle práce bylo dosaženo dekompozicí hlavního cíle práce do tří dílčích cílů, mezi které byly zařazeny analýza současného stavu procesů a využívání dat v rámci oddělení, návrh řešení a implementace řešení dle provedeného návrhu. Úvodní část práce je věnována teorii v oblasti postupu řešení BI projektů. V první kapitole je také obsažen postup zvolený pro zhotovení projektu diplomové práce. Druhá kapitola je zaměřená na oblast řízení vztahů s partnerskými společnostmi. V této kapitole je blíže uveden pojem Partner Relationship Management, který je porovnán a odlišen od příbuzných pojmů v oblasti. Třetí kapitola popisuje společnost a obchodní oddělení, pro které je projekt zpracován. Nejvýznamnější část práce, jež je obsažena ve čtvrté kapitole, popisuje návrh a implementaci výsledného řešení. Kapitola je členěna dle jednotlivých zvolených fází řešení projektu. Obsahuje podrobné informace o postupu analýzy požadavků, návrhu architektury řešení, implementaci datového modelu a zhotovení uživatelského rozhraní řešení za pomoci nástroje Microsoft Power BI. |

| Abstract: | This thesis focuses on the design and implementation of a BI solution for the sales department of a company. The main objective of the thesis was achieved by decomposing it into three sub-objectives, which included an analysis of the current state of processes and data utilization within the department, solution design, and implementation according to the proposed design. The introductory part of the thesis is dedicated to the theory of BI project solution processes. The first chapter also includes the methodology chosen for the thesis project. The second chapter focuses on Partner Relationship Management concept, which is defined and compared to related concepts in the field. The third chapter describes the company and the sales department for which the project is developed. The most significant part of the thesis, contained in the fourth chapter, describes the design and implementation of the solution. This chapter is divided into the selected phases of the project solution process and includes detailed information about the requirements analysis process, solution architecture design, data model implementation, and the creation of the solution's user interface using the Microsoft Power BI. |
