| Abstract: | Plánování projektů, plánování kapacit, sledování a hodnocení výkonnosti týmu i jednotlivých členů jsou témata, kterými se zabývá každá větší i menší firma či společnost. Technologie Business Intelligence (BI) nabízí „data driven“ přístup ke shromažďování a analýze podnikových dat. Poskytuje těm, kdo rozhodují, data potřebná k analýze a vyhodnocení situace, na jejichž základě lze následně dělati informovaná rozhodnutí, volit další postupy a strategie. Předmětem práce je návrh a realizace BI řešení pro hodnocení výkonnosti zaměstnanců a projektových týmů, včetně realizace přístupu ke komplexním a aktuálním datům o výkonu a také možnosti rychlejšího rozhodování. |

| Abstract: | Project planning, capacity planning, monitoring and evaluating the performance of team and individual members are topics that every large and small business or company deals with. Business Intelligence (BI) technology offers a "data driven" approach to collecting and analyzing business data. It provides decision makers with the data they need to analyze and evaluate a situation, which can then be used to make informed decisions and choose future courses of action and strategies. The scope of this thesis is the design and implementation of a BI solution for evaluating the performance of employees and project teams, including the realization of access to comprehensive and up-to-date performance data as well as the ability to make faster decisions. |
