| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá postavením Cross Teams v SAFe® frameworku v rámci specifické společnosti. Cíli práce bylo zkoumat fungování SAFe®, specificky Cross Teams ve firmě, a prozkoumat problémy kolize kompetencí Cross Teamů s ostatními pravidly a směrnicemi v korporaci, popřípadě nalézt další problémy Cross Teams v této firmě. Tyto problémy byly identifikovány, popsány, a byla navržena případná řešení. Řešení byla hodnocena dle odhadované přínosnosti, komplexity, implementačních nákladů a provozních nákladů. Taktéž byly vytvořeny návrhy řešení pro identifikovanou kolizi, a byla identifikována hodnota návrhů na základě compliance, náročnosti implementace, udržitelnosti, efektivnosti, nákladů a provozních nákladů. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis deals with the position of Cross Teams in Safe® Framework within a specific company. The aim of the work was to examine the functioning of Safe®, specifically Cross Teams in the company, and explore the problems of collisions of cross team competences with other rules and guidelines in corporation and potentionally find other problems Cross Teams in this company. These problems have been identified, described, and any solutions have been proposed. The solution was evaluated according to estimated benefits, complexity, implementation costs and operating costs. Solutions for identified collision were also created, and the value of designs based on compliance, implementation, sustainability, efficiency, costs and operating costs were identified. |
