| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá naplánováním a řízením projektu rozšíření konfigurační databáze (CMDB) v Service desku střední banky za pomoci metodického rámce ITIL 4. Projekt je řízen skrze interní IT týmy a externího dodavatele. Nejdříve se charakterizují teoretické znalosti o rámcích, které mohou být použity jako opora v rozšíření CMDB. V práci se následně popisuje celý projekt, od sestavení harmonogramu až po vyhodnocení nasazení do produkce za pomocí tvrdých a měkkých metrik, včetně rozhovorů s kolegy, kteří na projektu participovali. |

| Abstract: | This thesis is focused on the planning and management of a configuration database (CMDB) extension project in a Service desk of a medium-sized bank using the ITIL 4 methodological framework. The project is managed through internal IT teams and an external contractor. First, the theoretical knowledge of the frameworks that can be used to underpin the CMDB extension is characterized. The thesis then describes the entire project, from setting the schedule to evaluating the deployment into production using hard and soft metrics, including interviews with colleagues who participated in the project. |
