| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je navržení příručky informační bezpečnosti pro vedení základní školy. Na základní školy je v této práci pohlíženo částečně jako na organizace malého až středního rozsahu. Pro dosažení tohoto cíle je využita induktivní metoda používající techniky pozorování, analýzy dokumentů a rozhovoru. Aplikováním metody je popsán stav informační bezpečnosti na základních školách. Jsou identifikovány a popsány relevantní bezpečnostní materiály z prostředí Spojených států amerických, Evropské unie a České republiky. Na základě těchto poznatků je vytvořen seznam návrhů bezpečnostních opatření. Návrhy opatření je následně konfrontovány se zkušenostmi zaměstnanců základních škol. Pro doplnění těchto opatření jsou představeny softwarové nástroje, které lze využít k realizování opatření. |

| Abstract: | The goal of the diploma thesis is designing an information security manual for primary school management. Primary schools are viewed as small to medium sized organizations. In order to achieve this goal an induction method using techniques of observation, document analysis and interview was used. By applying this method, the state of information security in primary schools was described. Relevant security materials from United States of America, European Union and Czech Republic are identified and described. Based on these findings a list of security measure propositions was created. Measure propositions are then confronted with experiences of primary school employees. To supplement of the final measures software tools which could be used to realize the measures are introduced. |
