| Abstract: | V současné době se v mnoha firmách klade mnohem větší důraz na procesy a jejich optimalizaci. Bohužel u studentských spolků se tento trend tak často nevyskytuje. Obvykle se ve spolcích setkáváme s využitím volně přístupných programů nebo služeb, které ale mnohdy nepokrývají specifické požadavky spolků. Ať už se jedná o spolky studentské či jiné. Cílem diplomové práce je zjednodušit procesy spolků pomocí vhodného informačního systému a uvolnit čas pro kreativní myšlení. Informační systém bude stavěn na míru studentskému spolku 4FIS, působícím na Fakultě informatiky a statistiky na Vysoké škole ekonomické v Praze. Tato práce se zabývá všemi oblastmi zájmu, se kterými se obvykle spolek potýká. Jedná se například o personální oddělení, do kterého patří třeba správa členů a týmu. Dalšími oblastmi jsou finance, plánování rozpočtu nebo harmonogramy. Prvním krokem je zhodnocení současného stavu procesů a výběr těch, které jsou vhodné pro automatizaci a následné zhodnocení požadavků na zlepšení, získané z individuálních pohovorů s vedoucími i členy spolku. Následujícím krokem je vytvoření návrhu konkrétního systému. Návrh se řídí požadavky spolku, zákony UX, a vychází také z osobních zkušeností. Prototyp aplikace je zpracován pomocí programu Figma a byl následně několikrát testován. Posledním krokem je samotný vývoj prototypu. Výsledkem diplomové práce je prototyp systému, který studentskému spolku pomůže s rutinními, avšak nezbytnými operacemi. |

| Abstract: | Currently, in many companies, emphasis is placed on processes and their optimization. However, unfortunately, this trend does not occur so often in student associations. Usually, in organizations, we encounter the use of freely accessible programs or services, but these often do not cover the specific requirements of associations, whether of student associations or others. This thesis aims to simplify the processes of associations using a suitable information system and free up time for creative thinking. The information system will be tailored to the student association 4FIS, operating at the Faculty of Informatics and Statistics at the University of Economics in Prague. This work deals with all the areas of the association's interest. These areas are, for example, the HR department, which includes, for example, member and team management. Other areas are finance, budget planning, or scheduling. The first step is to evaluate the current state of the processes and select those suitable for automation. Next is to assess the requirements obtained from individual interviews with association leaders and members. The next step is to create a specific system design. The association's requirements guided the design, in addition to UX laws author's personal experience. The application prototype is processed using the Figma program and tested several times. The next step is to create a specific system design. The last step is the actual development of the prototype. The result of the thesis is a system prototype that will help the student association with their routine but necessary operations |
