| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na řešení konkrétního business problému v logistické společnosti Logio s.r.o., která je přední českou společností v oblasti logistiky a řízení dodavatelského řetězce pomocí inovativních metod. Zpracování projektu zahrnovalo pochopení celé problematiky, návrh a zpracování technického řešení a prezentace jeho benefitů na reálných datech konkrétního klienta společnosti. Výsledkem práce je automatizovaný proces vytvoření podkladových materiálů, které slouží jako prodejní argumenty pro stávající klienty, kteří dosud žádný distribuční projekt nepoptávali, ale poskytují svá data o dodavatelském řetězci za účelem užití dalšího nástroje společnosti na jeho inteligentní řízení. Řešení projektu zahrnovalo i nasazení projektu a jeho integraci do firemních systémů, které bylo pro kompletaci řešení nezbytné. Součástí práce je i finální validace výsledků s reálným klientem. |

| Abstract: | This thesis focuses on the solution of a specific business problem in the logistics company Logio s.r.o., which is a leading Czech company in the field of logistics and supply chain management via using innovative methods. Developing the solution consisted of understanding the whole issue, designing and iteratively improving the technical solution and presenting its benefits of the project on real data of a specific client of the company. The result of the work is an automated process of creating background materials that serve as sales arguments for existing clients who have not yet had a demand for a distribution project, but provide their supply chain data in order to use another tool of the company for its intelligent management. The solution includes the deployment of the project and its integration into the company's systems, which was necessary to complete the solution. The work concludes with the final validation of the results with a real client. |
