| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá gastroturistikou v České republice se zaměřením na vinařské slavnosti. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část vysvětluje pojmy z cestovního ruchu, gastronomie a charakterizuje gastroturistiku a vinařský cestovní ruch. Praktická část charakterizuje 5 vybraných vinařských slavností v České republice a zabývá se zkoumáním oblíbenosti vinařských slavností. Součástí práce jsou výsledky z dotazníkového šetření. V závěru jsou doporučení autorky práce. Text je doplněn obrázky a grafy. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor's thesis deals with gastrotourism in the Czech Republic with a focus on wine festivals. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part explains terms from tourism, gastronomy and characterizes gastrotourism and wine tourism. The practical part characterizes 5 selected wine festivals in the Czech Republic and examines the popularity of wine festivals. Part of the thesis are the results of a questionnaire survey. In the closing part there are author’s own recommendations. The text is supplemented with pictures and graphs. |
