| Abstract: | The Bachelor Thesis aims to determine the changes in the five performance objectives of the operations management of a real estate company in Ukraine due to the military conflict. It focuses on suggesting improvement based on the analysis conducted from an operational management perspective in times of resilience. The practical part presents the analysis of the Firm’s operations and explores resilience possibilities for business continuity during military conflict. The outcome of the thesis provides suggestions for real estate companies in an economic crisis on how to adapt and withstand economic disruptions in the market. |

| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit změny v pěti výkonnostních cílech operačního managementu realitní společnosti na Ukrajině v důsledku vojenského konfliktu. Zaměřuje se na návrh zlepšení na základě analýzy provedené z pohledu operativního řízení v době odolnosti. Praktická část představuje analýzu provozu firmy a zkoumá možnosti odolnosti pro zajištění kontinuity podnikání v době vojenského konfliktu. Výsledek práce poskytuje návrhy pro realitní společnosti v době ekonomické krize, jak se přizpůsobit a odolat ekonomickým poruchám na trhu. |
