| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce (BP) se bude věnovat zhodnocení managementu prezentace tradiční lidové kultury (TLK) v Pardubickém kraji. Bude se snažit zjistit míru spolupráce regionálního pracoviště s krajským městem, s destinační společností, a také s dalšími důležitými institucemi na Hlinecku. Cílem BP bude zjistit, zda obyvatelé v krajském městě mají dostatečné povědomí o TKLK a také, co vše dělá regionální pracoviště pro to, aby bylo toto povědomí co nejvyšší. Teoretická část BP se bude věnovat základním pojmům a rozebere koncepční materiály, týkající se TLK na nadnárodní, národní a regionální úrovni. Dále se pokusí shrnout veškerou aktivitu v kraji věnující se TLK. Praktická část BP bude věnována výzkumu, který probíhat kvalitativně i kvantitativně. Dotazníkové šetření, týkající se povědomí o TLK, bude realizováno mezi obyvateli krajského města a zároveň v rámci základních a středních škol. Kvalitativní výzkum zahrnující osobní rozhovory bude zacílen na regionální pracoviště Pardubického kraje a na osoby spolupracující na aktivitách tohoto pracoviště. V rámci praktické části budou popsány i přímé dojmy z účasti na masopustní obchůzce a mimo jiné i ekonomická stránka jednotlivých subjektů. Výsledky dotazníkového šetření by měly prokázat, zda je povědomí o TLK mezi obyvateli krajského města vysoké či nízké. Provedení rozhovorů bude výstupem pro zhodnocení aktivit regionálního pracoviště a také k posouzení, zda jsou aktivity správně zacíleny a realizovány. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis (BP) will focus on the evaluation of the management of the presentation of traditional folk culture (TLK) in the Pardubice Region. It will try to determine the degree of cooperation of the regional workplace with the regional capital, with the destination company, and with other important institutions in the Hlinecko region. The aim of BP will be to find out whether the inhabitants in the regional capital have sufficient awareness of TKLK and what the regional workplace is doing to ensure that this awareness is as high as possible. The theoretical part of BP will deal with basic concepts and analyze conceptual materials related to TLK at the transnational, national and regional levels. Furthermore, it will try to summarize all the activity in the region dedicated to TLK. The practical part of BP will be devoted to research, which is carried out qualitatively and quantitatively. The questionnaire survey concerning the awareness of TLK will be carried out among the inhabitants of the regional capital and at the same time within primary and secondary schools. Qualitative research including personal interviews will be focused on the regional workplaces of the Pardubice Region and on persons cooperating on the activities of this workplace. The practical part will also describe direct impressions of participation in the carnival procession and, among other things, the economic aspects of individual subjects. The results of the questionnaire survey should prove whether the awareness of TLK among the inhabitants of the regional capital is high or low. The conduct of the interviews will be the output for evaluating the activities of the regional workplace and for assessing whether the activities are properly targeted and implemented. |
