| Abstract: | Olympijský box je jedním z nejstarších olympijských sportů. V současné době mu však hrozí vyloučení z olympijských her. Důvodem je dlouhodobě trvající série skandálních výsledků boxerských utkání. Tento jev je důsledkem manipulace, korupce a podvádění, které často vznikají už v nejvyšších patrech struktury organizace Mezinárodní boxerské asociace a u rozhodčích konče. Tato práce se zabývá především motivací a metodami manipulace zápasů za strany rozhodčích, ale také doporučeními, která by vedla k nápravným řešením. Cílem této práce je najít způsoby a metody, které by významně mohly pomoc v boji s touto palčivou problematikou. |

| Abstract: | Olympic boxing is one of the oldest Olympic sports. However, it is currently threatened with exclusion from the Olympic Games. This is due to a long-running series of scandalous results in boxing matches. This phenomenon is the result of manipulation, corruption and cheating, which often originate at the very highest levels of the International Boxing Association's organisational structure, starting with the referees and judges. This thesis is primarily concerned with the motivations and methods of match-fixing on the part of referees and judges, but also with recommendations that would lead to remedial solutions. The aim of this thesis is to find ways and methods that could significantly help combat this pressing issue. |
