| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce s názvem „analýza péče o zaměstnance“ zkoumá současný stav systému péče o pracovníky ve výrobní společnosti SOLODOOR a.s. Na základě provedené literární rešerše byl vytvořen souhrn základních teoretických poznatků k danému tématu, který slouží jako podklad pro praktickou část. V teoretické části je nejprve vymezena oblast péče o zaměstnance a následně jsou definovány pojmy, které se zmíněnou problematikou souvisí. Práce vysvětluje rozdíl mezi povinnou a dobrovolnou péčí o zaměstnance, kterým se posléze hlouběji věnuje. Pozornost je zaměřená rovněž na vzdělávání pracovníků a zaměstnanecké výhody. V kapitole metodologie je představena použitá metodika v praktické části. V úvodu praktické části je nejprve charakterizována společnost, popsána její činnost a představena organizační struktura. Poté následuje analyzování systému péče o pracovníky ve zkoumaném podniku, kde jsou uplatněny poznatky z teorie. Data v této části jsou získána na základě hloubkového rozhovoru s vedoucí personálního oddělení. Ve druhé polovině praktické části je provedeno dotazníkové šetření, jehož cílem je zjištění míry spokojenosti pracovníků s oblastmi péče, vzdělávání a benefitů ve firmě. Cílem této práce je posouzení aktuálního stavu systému péče o zaměstnance a s tím související spokojenosti pracovníků. Na základě zjištěných informací ohledně tohoto systému jsou identifikovány silné a slabé stránky. V poslední kapitole jsou navržena doporučení, která mají přidanou hodnotu zejména pro personální oddělení společnosti, které díky tomu může systém péče vylepšit a tím přispět ke zvýšení spokojenosti pracovníků. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor's thesis entitled "analysis of employee care" examines the current state of the employee care system in the manufacturing company SOLODOOR. Based on the literature research, a summary of basic theoretical knowledge on the given topic was created, which serves as a basis for the practical part. In the theoretical part, the field of employee care is first explained, and then concepts related to the mentioned issue are defined. The work explains the difference between mandatory and voluntary care for employees, which is then discussed in more depth. Attention is also focused on employee training and employee benefits. The methodology used in the practical part is presented in the methodology chapter. In the introduction to the practical part, the company is first characterized, its activities are described and the organizational structure is presented. This is followed by an analysis of the employee care system in the investigated company, where knowledge from the theory is applied. The data in this section is obtained based on an in-depth interview with the head of the HR department. In the second half of the practical part, a questionnaire survey is carried out, the aim of which is to determine the degree of satisfaction of workers with the areas of care, education and benefits in the company. The aim of this work is to assess the current state of the employee care system and the related employee satisfaction. Based on the information found about this system, strengths and weaknesses are identified. In the last chapter, recommendations are proposed that have added value especially for the HR department of the company. These advices can improve the care system and thereby contribute to increasing employee satisfaction. |
