| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá fundamentální akciovou analýzou společnosti ČEZ, a. s. a problémy s ní spojenými. Práce se dělí podle úrovní analýzy na tři hlavní části. První část se věnuje vlivu makroekonomických faktorů na akciový kurz společnosti. V druhé části je zmapováno odvětví energetiky. Dále jsou zkoumány konkurenční, politické a další vlivy na vývoj společnosti ČEZ. Poslední část je věnována firemní fundamentální analýze s cílem zjistit, zda je akcie společnosti nadhodnocena, podhodnocena nebo na správné vnitřní hodnotě. U každé ze tří částí jsou zároveň rozebrány problémy, které musí analytik při provádění fundamentální akciové analýzy řešit. V závěru práce je shrnutí výsledků provedené analýzy a podání investičního doporučení. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor's thesis deals with the fundamental analysis of ČEZ shares, as well as problems related to it. The work is divided into three main parts according to the level of analysis. The first part focuses primarily on the effect of macroeconomic factors on the company's share rate. In the second part, the energy sector, competitive, political and other influences on the development of the firm are mapped out. The final section is devoted to corporate fundamental analysis to determine whether the company's shares are overvalued, undervalued or at the correct intrinsic value. At the same time, the issues that the analyst must address when performing the stock fundamental analysis are discussed for each of the three parts. The conclusion of the work is a summary of the results of the analysis carried out and the presentation of an investment recommendation. |
