| Abstract: | Práce se zaměřuje na rozbor vybraných spořicích produktů u zvolených finančních institucí v České republice a nabídku investičních nástrojů, které upoutávají pozornost většiny investorů. Na základě provedených analýz poskytne bakalářská práce náměty, jak v dnešní době investovat volné peněžní prostředky z hlediska výnosu, rizika a likvidity. Teoretické poznatky jsou aplikovány v praktické části práce, která se věnuje problematice investic ve zlatě, akciích a dluhopisech, jejich zhodnocení a analýze. Fundamentální analýza je jedním z užitečných a vhodných nástrojů pro akciové tituly a lze ji podložit velkým počtem historických i soudobých dat. Výsledky jednotlivých modelů, které určují vnitřní hodnotu společnosti, jsou orientační, protože výpočty nesou také otisk subjektivního přístupu investora. Cílem je tuto část eliminovat, přiblížit problematiku analýzy a z výsledků vytvořit reálnou vizi, která určuje, v jakém rozmezí se mohou hodnoty společností pohybovat. V bakalářské práci jsou data zpracována v různých formátech včetně časových řad. Jsou použity nástroje regresní analýzy, analýzy rozptylu a další statistické postupy implementované v softwaru Statgraphics. |

| Abstract: | The work focuses on the analysis of selected savings products at selected financial institutions in the Czech Republic and the offer of investment instruments that attract the attention of most investors. Based on the analyzes carried out, the bachelor’s thesis will provide ideas on how to invest free money nowadays in terms of yield, risk and liquidity. Theoretical knowledge is applied in the practical part of the work, which deals with the issue of investments in gold, stocks and bonds, their evaluation and analysis. Fundamental analysis is one of the useful and appropriate tools for stocks and can be supported by a large amount of historical and contemporary data. The results of the individual models that determine the company’s intrinsic value are indicative, as the calculations also bear the imprint of the investor’s subjective approach. The goal is to eliminate this part, bring closer the issues of analysis and create a real vision from the results, which determines the range in which company values can move. In the bachelor’s thesis, data are processed in various formats, including time series. Tools for regression analysis, analysis of variance and other statistical procedures implemented in Statgraphics software are used. |
