| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu fenoménu pojistných podvodů na pojistném trhu v České republice. Zabývá se problematikou nekalých jednání klientů, které mají dopad nejen na samotné pojišťovny, ale i na společnost jako celek. Neméně významnou rovinou práce je zmínka o dopadu pandemie covidu-19 na pojistný trh. V práci je taktéž popsán proces vyšetřování pojistného podvodu, stejně tak je nastíněna prevence ze strany pojistitelů za účelem předcházení vzniku podvodných jednání. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor's thesis is focused on the analysis of the phenomenon of insurance fraud on the insurance market in the Czech Republic. It deals with the issue of unfair actions of clients, which have an impact not only on the insurance companies themselves, but also on society as a whole. An equally important level of work is the mention of the impact of the covid-19 pandemic on the insurance market. The thesis also describes the process of investigating insurance fraud, as well as outlines prevention on the part of insurers in order to prevent the occurrence of fraudulent activities. |
