| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá aplikací metod projektového řízení na reálném projektu tvorby mobilních aplikací se zaměřením na streamování video obsahu pro platformy iOS a Android. Aplikovanými projektovými metodami jsou metoda CPM, PERT a dále rozšířený model o hlubší pravděpodobnostní analýzu projektových činností se zohledněním rizik. Cílem samotné bakalářské práce je optimalizace řešení reálného projektu, na který jsou aplikovány popsané metody projektového řízení a následně jsou výsledky mezi sebou porovnány. Předmětem teoretické části bakalářské práce je popis všech důležitých pojmů, které jsou potřebné pro následnou aplikaci v praktické části bakalářské práce. Mezi tyto pojmy patří řízení projektů, síťové grafy z teorie grafů, metoda CPM a metoda PERT. Praktická část bakalářské práce je rozdělena do 3 bloků dle Simon’s Model of Decision Making. Konkrétně se jedná o část Intelligence, Design a Choice. V části Intelligence je popsán samotný projekt mobilních aplikací pro získání nadhledu nad rozsahem prací. Druhou částí je kapitola Design, ve které jsou aplikovány všechny popsané projektové metody. Poslední částí je kapitola Choice, ve které jsou výsledky shrnuty a navzájem porovnány. Výsledkem práce je doporučení výběru rozšířeného modelu o hlubší pravděpodobnostní analýzu projektových činností se zohledněním rizik. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with the application of project management methods on a real project of mobile application development with a focus on streaming video content for iOS and Android platforms. The applied project methods are CPM, PERT, and further extended model with deeper probabilistic analysis of project activities with consideration of risks. The aim of the bachelor thesis itself is to optimize the solution of a real project to which the described project management methods are applied and then the results are compared with each other. The subject of the theoretical part of the bachelor thesis is the description of all important concepts that are necessary for the subsequent application in the practical part of the bachelor thesis. These concepts include project management, network diagrams from graph theory, the CPM method, and the PERT method. The practical part of the bachelor thesis is divided into 3 blocks according to Simon's Model of Decision Making. Specifically, the Intelligence, Design and Choice sections. In the Intelligence section, the mobile app itself is described to get an overview of the scope of work. The second part is the Design section, in which all the project methods described are applied. The last part is the Choice chapter in which the results are summarized and compared with each other. As a result, the thesis recommends the selection of an extended model with a deeper probabilistic analysis of project activities considering risks. |
