| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou spotřebitelského chování v České republice. Cílem práce je analyzovat spotřebitelské chování pomocí dat z šetření Potraviny 2022. Za účelem dosažení stanoveného cíle byly provedeny analýzy závislosti. Výsledky těchto analýz pak umožnily zjistit vztahy mezi proměnnými obsahujícími názory spotřebitelů na plýtvání potravinami, jejich způsoby nákupu potravin a sociodemografickými údaji. Na základě zjištěných vztahů byly identifikovány hlavní faktory, které ovlivňují spotřebitelské chování, a nalezeny možná řešení k snížení objemu plýtvaných potravin v českých domácnostech. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the analysis of consumer behavior in the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is to analyze consumer behavior using data from the Food 2022 survey. Dependency analyses have been carried out within this thesis. The results of these analyses then allowed to identify relationships between variables containing consumers’ socio-demographic data, their opinions, and food purchasing patterns. Based on the relationships found, the main factors influencing consumer behavior were identified and possible solutions to reduce the amount of wasted food in Czech households were found. |
