| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje genderovým souvislostem penzijních reforem provedených v České republice mezi lety 2012 a 2022. Jejím cílem je zmapovat parametrické úpravy starobních důchodů ve sledovaném období, analyzovat jejich vliv na genderové nerovnosti v penzích zachycené pomocí ukazatelů gender pension gap a míra ohrožení chudobou a navrhnout úpravy, které by v českém kontextu vedly ke snížení těchto nerovností. Teoretická část práce se věnuje teorii penzijních systémů, vývoji a aktuální podobě starobních důchodů v ČR, a především feministické ekonomii, z jejíž perspektivy jsou parametrické úpravy prvního důchodového pilíře hodnoceny. V rámci praktické části je představena kvantitativní analýza dopadu parametrických úprav prvního pilíře na genderovou nerovnost v důchodech. Výsledkem analýzy je zjištění, že provedené reformy spíše přispěly ke snížení genderových nerovností v důchodech. V závěru praktické části je představen návrh komplexní reformy, která by v souladu s poznatky feministické ekonomie posílila sociální spravedlnost v penzích. Stěžejní částí představené reformy je návrh na zavedení nultého pilíře. Tato bakalářská práce nabízí pohled na starobní důchody v rámci širokého socioekonomického kontextu. Závěry práce mohou být uplatněné v diskusi o budoucí důchodové reformě. |

| Abstract: | This Bachelor's thesis delves into the gender-related aspects of pension reforms implemented in the Czech Republic between 2012 and 2022. Its objective is to map the parametric adjustments made to old-age pensions during the observed period, analyze their impact on gender-based inequalities in pensions as reflected by indicators such as the gender pension gap and poverty risk rate, and propose modifications that would lead to reducing these disparities in the Czech context. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on pension system theory, the development and current state of old-age pensions in the Czech Republic, and particularly feminist economics, from whose perspective the parametric adjustments to the first pension pillar in the Czech Republic are evaluated. The practical part introduces a quantitative analysis of the impact of the parametric adjustments made to the first pillar on gender-based inequalities in pensions. The analysis reveals that the reforms implemented have somewhat contributed to reducing gender-based inequalities in pensions. In conclusion, the practical part presents a proposal for a comprehensive reform that would reinforce social justice in pensions in line with the insights of feminist economics. A key element of the proposed reform is the introduction of a zero pillar. This Bachelor's thesis offers a perspective on old-age pensions within a broad socio-economic context. Its conclusions can be useful in discussions on future pension reforms. |
