| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je identifikace a následné zhodnocení aplikací technologií tvořící aplikační portfolio energetické společnosti dle McFarlanova modelu. Cílem první kapitoly je čtenáře seznámit s pojmem aplikační portfolio, jak takové portfolio identifikovat, a pomocí kterých technik ho lze zhodnotit. Dále představím pojem portfolio služeb a jaký vzájemný vliv na sebe mají obě portfolia. V druhé kapitole je shrnuta metodika, podle které budu postupovat při sběru, zpracování a využití dat pro účel identifikace a zhodnocení aplikačního portfolia. Třetí kapitola se bude zabývat již praktickým aspektem zpracování aplikačního portfolia energetické společnosti. Na konci práce jsou shrnuty výsledky šetření a zhodnocení práce. |

| Abstract: | The goal of this thesis is the identification and subsequent evaluation of technology applications forming the application portfolio of an energy company according to McFarnane’s model. The aim of the first chapter is to introduce the reader to the term application portfolio, how to identify such a portfolio, and which techniques can be used to evaluate it. Next, I will introduce the concept of a service portfolio and how the two portfolios affect each other. The second chapter summarizes the methodology by which I will proceed in the collection, processing and use of data for the purpose of identifying and evaluating the application portfolio. The third chapter will deal with the practical aspect of the energy company's application portfolio. At the end of the work, the results of the investigation and evaluation of the work results are summarized. |
