| Abstract: | V současné době jsou ERP aplikace pro řadu podniků významnou finanční investicí, která se očekává být zhodnocena zefektivněním a zkvalitněním provozu firmy. Práce se zaměřuje na vyhodnocení efektů ze zavedení nové aplikace informačních technologií v českém podniku, který se zabývá dovozem nábytku a dekorací. Cílem výzkumu bylo zjistit míru dosažení očekávaných efektů ze zavedení aplikace a identifikovat faktory, které tuto míru ovlivňují. K tomu byla použita metoda Balanced Scorecard, která umožňuje měřit výkonnost podniku v různých oblastech. Výsledky práce ukázaly, že podnik splnil devět ze svých patnácti stanovených cílů. Z analýzy faktorů, které ovlivňují míru dosažení očekávaných výsledků, vyplývá, že kromě samotné implementace má velký vliv na úspěšnost aplikace i školení, které podnik podcenil. Tento nedostatek se podepsal na schopnostech zaměstnanců pracovat s aplikací a jejich spokojenosti s ní. Naopak se podniku podařilo zefektivnit některé klíčové procesy, což vedlo k dosažení jeho žádaných cílů. |

| Abstract: | Currently, ERP applications are a significant financial investment for many companies, which is expected to be evaluated by streamlining and improving the quality of the company's operations. This thesis focuses on the evaluation of the effects of the introduction of a new information technology application in a Czech company that deals with the import of furniture and decorations. The aim of the research was to determine the degree of achievement of the expected effects resulting from the introduction of the application and to identify the factors that influence this degree. For this purpose, the Balanced Scorecard method was used, which allows measuring the company's performance in various perspectives. The results of the work showed that the company met nine of its fifteen set goals. From the analysis of the factors that influence the degree of achievement of the expected results shows that in addition to the implementation itself, training, which the company underestimated, has a great influence on the success of the application. This deficiency affected the ability of employees to work with the application and their satisfaction with it. On the contrary, the company managed to make some required processes more efficient, which resulted in achievement of their required goals. |
