| Abstract: | Hlavní cíl bakalářské práce tkví ve vypracování analýzy podnikového řízení podnikatele v autobusové dopravě. A na základě analýzy navrhnout pilotní Business Intelligence řešení pro vybraného podnikatele v autobusové dopravě. Ke splnění hlavního cíle přispívají jednotlivé dílčí cíle. První z dílčích cílů představuje analýza ekonomiky v oblasti autobusové dopravy v České republice i ve světě. K dosažení cíle přispěly především provedené rešerše knižních a internetových zdrojů spolu s akademickými pracemi. Druhým dílčím cílem je analýza firemního prostředí vybraného podnikatele v autobusové dopravě včetně stanovení cílů a efektů. Většina informací potřebných pro splnění druhého podpůrného cíle byla získána díky udělenému přístupu k datovým zdrojům a během hloubkových rozhovorů s vybraným podnikatelem a jeho zaměstnanci. V neposlední řadě také přispělo pozorování firemního prostředí. Výstup bakalářské práce obsahuje teoretický popis oblastí řízení typických pro podnikatele v autobusové dopravě včetně popisu dle metodiky MBI a pilotní řešení BI aplikace pro vybranou oblast řízení. |

| Abstract: | The main aim of the bachelor thesis is to create an analysis of the business management of business in bus transport. Based on the analysis, propose a pilot Business Intelligence solution for a selected entrepreneur in bus transport. Individual sub-aims contribute to the achievement of the main aim. The first of the sub-objectives is an analysis of the economy in the field of bus transport in the Czech Republic and in the world. The research of book, internet resources and academic works contributed to the achievement of the aim. The second sub-aim is the analysis of the business environment of the selected entrepreneur in bus transport, including the determination of goals and effects. Most of the information needed to fulfil the second supporting objective was obtained thanks to the granted access to data sources and during in-depth interviews with the selected entrepreneur and his employees. Finally, observation of the company environment also contributed. The outcome of the bachelor thesis contains a theoretical description of management areas typical for entrepreneurs in bus transport, including a description according to the MBI methodology and a pilot BI application solution for the selected management area. |
