| Abstract: | Cílem práce je pomocí metod finanční analýzy zhodnotit ekonomický vývoj v letech 2017-2021, posoudit postavení společnosti na trhu pomocí benchmarkingu, a na závěr na základě zjištěných informací navrhnout finanční strategii. V rámci metodologické části práce jsou použité převážně metody relativní a vrcholové poměrové ukazatele, neboť oproti absolutním metodám poskytuji možnost provést benchmarking společnosti s odvětvím. Praktická část obsahuje aplikaci výše zmíněných metod na data z finančního účetnictví podniku za období 2017 až 2021. Závěr práce nabídne srovnání výsledků analýzy společnosti s výsledky konkurenčních subjektů a doporučení pro zlepšení nebo udržení konkurenční výhody. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to evaluate the economic development of the company IM-stav Praha s.r.o. during the period 2017-2021 using methods of financial analysis, to assess the company's position on the market using benchmarking, and finally to propose a financial strategy based on the information obtained. In the methods part of the thesis, mainly relative methods and ratio indicators are being used, as they provide the possibility to benchmark the company with its industry. The practical part contains the application of the aforementioned methods based on data from the company's financial accounting for the period of 2017 to 2021. The conclusion of the thesis will offer a comparison between the results of the company's analysis and the results of its competitors, then recommend steps for improving or maintaining competitive advantage. |
