Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou dopadu pandemie Covid-19 na obyvatelstvo České republiky, s důrazem na úmrtnost, naději dožití, porodnost, sňatečnost, rozvodovost a migraci. Cílem práce je kvantifikovat změny demografických indikátorů způsobené pandemií Covid-19, pomocí analýzy časových řad a aplikovat regresní analýzu k nalezení empirických důkazů kauzality epidemie Covid-19 na populaci České republiky. Práce využívá dostupná data o úmrtnosti, naději dožití, sňatečnosti, migraci a porodnosti z let 2011-2021 Výsledky ukazují, že pandemie Covid-19 měla statisticky významný dopad na populaci. Bylo zaznamenáno markantní zvýšení úmrtnosti, což mělo negativní vliv na naději dožití osob hlavně v důchodovém věku. Zároveň došlo k poklesu sňatečnosti a porodnosti, pravděpodobně v důsledku řady vládních opatření omezujících sociální interakce a ekonomických nejistot. Výsledky regresní analýzy poskytují kvantitativní informace o vztazích mezi epidemiologickými ukazateli a demografickými procesy, což pomáhá lépe porozumět dopadu pandemie na obyvatelstvo. Tyto poznatky mohou být využity pro formulaci opatření zaměřených na zvládání budoucích krizových situací a ochrany obyvatelstva. |

| Abstract: |
This bachelor's thesis deals with the analysis of the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the population of the Czech Republic, with an emphasis on mortality, life expectancy, birth rate, marriage rate, divorce rate and migration. The aim of the thesis is to quantify changes in demographic indicators caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, using time series analysis and to apply regression analysis to find empirical evidence of the causality of the Covid-19 epidemic on the population of the Czech Republic. Thesis works with available data on mortality, life expectancy, marriage, migration and birth rates from 2011-2021 The results show that the COVID-19 pandemic had a statistically significant impact on the population. An increase in mortality was recorded, which had a negative effect on the life expectancy of people, especially in retirement age. At the same time, there was a decline in marriage and birth rates, probably as a result of a series of government measures limiting social interaction and insecurity. The results of the regression analysis provide quantitative information on the relationships between epidemiological indicators and demographic processes, which helps to better understand the impact of the pandemic on the population. These findings can be used to formulate measures aimed at managing future crisis situations and protecting the population. |
