| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je analyzovat logistickou společnost a navrhnout vhodnou analytickou aplikaci, která poskytne managementu společnosti připravovat kvalitní reporting o vybraných činností firmy pro podporu manažerského rozhodování. V první kapitole bude provedena rešerše dostupných zdrojů, která popíše, se kterými knihami a články autor pracoval a kterými se inspiroval. Druhá kapitola s názvem Logistický průmysl popíše logistické procesy a současný stav tohoto průmyslu. Ve třetí kapitole budou prezentována data z provozu vybrané společnosti. Ve čtvrté kapitole bude popsána metodika realizace analýzy a návrhu analytická aplikace. V páté kapitole budou analyzována data o logistické firmě z několika pohledů. Šestá kapitola popíše vlastní návrh aplikace a závěrečná sedmá kapitola popíše možnosti praktického používání navržené aplikace. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyse a logistics company and to design a suitable analytical application that will provide the company management with quality reporting on selected company activities to support managerial decision making. In the first chapter, a search of available sources will be carried out to describe which books and articles the author has worked with and which ones he has been inspired by. The second chapter, entitled Logistics Industry, will describe the logistics processes and the current state of the industry. The third chapter will present data from the operations of the selected company. The fourth chapter will describe the methodology of the analysis and the design of the analytical application. Chapter five will analyze the logistics company data from several perspectives. The sixth chapter will describe the actual design of the application and the final seventh chapter will describe the possibilities of practical use of the proposed application. |
