| Abstract: | V této bakalářské práce je sledován zdravotní stav obyvatel České republiky, zejména skrze délku života ve zdraví. Je analyzován vztah mezi střední délkou života a délkou života ve zdraví a nastíněn budoucí vývoj obou ukazatelů do roku 2035. Součástí práce je také popis financování zdravotního systému v České republice a odhad budoucích příjmů a nákladů zdravotních pojišťoven do roku 2035. Cílem je zjistit, zda se zdravotním pojišťovnám podaří ufinancovat očekávané zvýšené náklady související zejména se stárnutím obyvatelstva. V práci je pracováno se statistickými metodami (regrese, analýza trendu, klouzavé průměry). Využívány jsou zejména výsledky z šetření EU-SILC a data zveřejněná Českým statistickým úřadem (např. projekce do roku 2100, výsledky Výběrového šetření pracovních sil). Z analýzy vyplývá, že v současnosti celkové roky života přibývají o něco rychleji než roky života prožité ve zdraví. Do budoucna by však mohlo dojít ke změně trendu, kdy by osoby prožili větší část života ve zdraví. Dle projekce by se zdravotním pojišťovnám mělo podařit do roku 2035 prostřednictvím očekávaných příjmů ufinancovat očekávané výdaje. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor's thesis examines the health status of the population in the Czech Republic through healthy life expectancy. The relationship between life expectancy and healthy life expectancy is analysed, and the future trends of both indicators are outlined until the year 2035. The thesis also includes a description of the financing of the healthcare system in the Czech Republic and an estimation of future revenues and expenditures of health insurance companies until 2035 is constructed. The aim is to determine whether health insurance companies will be able to finance the expected increased expenditures, that are related to population ageing. Several statistical methods are utilized in the thesis, such as regression analysis, trend analysis, and moving averages. The research primarily uses the results from the EU-SILC survey and data published by the Czech Statistical Office (e.g., projection until 2100, results from the Labour Force Survey). The analysis suggests that overall life expectancy is increasing faster than the years spent in good health. However, in the future, there could be a change where healthy life years would start to increase at a faster rate. According to the projection, health insurance companies should be able to finance projected expenditures through expected revenues by the year 2035. |
