| Abstract: | Práce je založena pro lidi, kteří si hledají školu v oboru informatiky a nemohou se rozhodnout, kterou školu si mají vybrat. Cílem práce je pomocí metody analýzy datových obalů nebo shlukové analýzy porovnat fakulty vysokých škol zaměřené na informatiku. Analýza datových obalů (DEA) je neparametrická metoda pro měření efektivity rozhodovacích jednotek. Tato metoda bude použita k porovnání efektivity 31 fakult vysokých škol v České republice. V této studii budou porovnány následující vstupy: počet studentů, počet akademických pracovníků, počet přihlášených na bakalářské studium a počet výstupů: počet přijatých na bakalářské studium, počet publikací WoS a počet absolventů. Data budou získána z výročních zpráv každé fakulty. Cílem této práce je identifikovat fakulty vysokých škol, které jsou v porovnání s ostatními efektivní. Dále bude provedena shluková analýza. Pro výsledek budou použity obě metody a výsledek bude seznam efektivních škol a jejich shluků. |

| Abstract: | The thesis is set up for people who are looking for an informatics school and can't decide which school to choose. The aim of the work is to compare the faculties of universities focused on informatics using the methods of data package analysis or cluster analysis. Data envelopment analysis (DEA) is a non-parametric method for measuring the effectiveness of decision-making units. This method will be used to compare the effectiveness of 31 faculties of universities in the Czech Republic. In this study, the following inputs will be compared: the number of students, the number of academic staff, the number of applicants for a bachelor's degree and outputs: the number of admissions to a bachelor's degree, WoS publications and number of finished studies. The data will be finalized from the annual reports of each faculty. The aim of this thesis is to identify the faculties of higher education institutions which are efficient compared to others. Next, a cluster analysis will be performed. Both methods will be used for the result and the result will be a list of effective schools and their clusters. |
