| Abstract: | Vnímání a způsob, jakým nahlížíme na ostatní, je ovlivněno našimi předsudky, zkušenostmi z minulosti a percepční obranou. Kulturní diverzita na pracovišti je něco, s čím přichází jedinci do kontaktu čím dál častěji. Její správné uchopení a nastavení daného týmu je základem pro správné fungování. Cílem této práce je zjistit, jaký mají čeští pracovníci pohled na zahraniční pracovníky, jak zahraniční pracovníci vnímají chování českých pracovníků vůči nim samotným, a jestli se vnímání a pohled po určité době společné existenci na pracovišti mění. |

| Abstract: | The perception and how we look at others are influenced by our prejudices, past experiences, and perceptual defenses. Cultural diversity in the workplace is something that individuals increasingly come into contact with. Its correct grasp and setting of the team are the basis for proper functioning The aim of this bachelor thesis is to find out how Czech workers look at foreign workers, how foreign workers perceive the behavior of Czech workers towards themselves, and whether perception is changed after a certain period of cooperation in the workplace. |
