| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce seznamuje s tématem tvorby rozpočtových scénářů. Po popsání rozpočtu je navázáno na plánování v době nejistot, jaké rizikové faktory mohou působit na podnik a jak s těmito rizikovými faktory lze pracovat za pomocí scénářů. Dále se práce věnuje sestavení rozpočtových scénářů na datech konkrétního podniku. Tyto rozpočtové scénáře jsou následně porovnány a zhodnoceny. Na základě výsledků rozpočtových scénářů a také identifikace dalších možných rizikových faktorů jsou stanovena doporučení pro podnik. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis introduces the topic of creating budget scenarios. After describing the budget, it is discussed how to plan in times of uncertainty, what risk factors can affect a company and how these risk factors can be dealt with using scenarios. Additionally, the work discusses the creation of budget scenarios using data of a specific company. These budget scenarios are compared and analysed. Based on the results of the budget scenarios as well as the identification of other possible risk factors, recommendations for the company are determined. |
