| Abstract: | Počítat v dnešní době různé modely a úlohy ručně bez využití počítačového softwaru je zbytečná komplikace, proto za tímto účelem vznikla tato práce. Zabývá se teorií pravděpodobnosti a statistiky a její využití v jazyku R. Podává přehled o základních pojmech z těchto oblastí a postupně rozšiřuje nabyté znalosti. V rámci praktické části je popsáno, jak pracovat a manipulovat s daty v R pomocí základních funkcí i jaké využití mají externí balíčky. Jsou zde simulačně a analyticky popsána pravděpodobnostní rozdělení a závěr práce je věnován vytváření modelů pro analýzu závislostí. Jsou zde taktéž demonstrovány možnosti grafických a textových výstupů opět v komparaci výchozích funkcí a balíčků. |

| Abstract: | Nowadays, calculating various models and tasks manually without the use of computer software is an unnecessary complication, which is why this paper was written for this purpose. It deals with probability theory and statistics and its use in the language R. It gives an overview of the basic concepts of these areas and gradually extends the knowledge acquired. The practical part describes how to work and manipulate data in R using basic functions as well as the use of external packages. Later we will discuss simulation and analytical description of probability distributions and the conclusion of the thesis is devoted to creating models for dependency analysis. The possibilities of graphical and textual outputs, again in a comparison of default functions and packages. |
