| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je rozšířit možnosti systému pro akvizice o nový modul, umožňující tvorbu a správu individuálních žádanek. Systém je cíleně vyvíjen pro využití na Vysoké škole ekonomické v Praze, autor nemá ambice jej přizpůsobovat pro využití dalšími knihovnami. Vývoj bude probíhat za použití agilní metodiky MMSP-AV v několika vývojových iteracích. Jejichž jednotlivé úkoly budou zadány při osobních konzultacích s vedoucím práce a také na společných konzultacích s ředitelem Centra informačních a knihovnických služeb VŠE (CIKS), Ing. Václavem Šubrtou. Na těchto konzultacích budou prezentovány a vyhodnocovány jednotlivé vyvinuté části systému. Aplikace také bude testována oddělením akvizice. Bakalářská práce nejdříve vysvětluje, co to vlastně akvizice publikací je a jak probíhá na VŠE. Dále popisuje technologie, které jsou využity v systému a popisuje výchozí stav systému před přidáváním nových funkcionalit. Práce také analyzuje stávající proces objednávání publikací, navrhuje jeho převod do digitální formy a popisuje průběh a postup při implementaci vývojových iterací. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to extend the capabilities of the information system for acquisitions department of VŠE library. This new module should allow the creation and management of individual requests. The module is being developed for the use on VŠE, the author has no intention of use by other libraries. The development will be carried out using the agile methodology MMSP-AV and will take place during several development iterations. Their individual tasks will be specified during personal consultations with the thesis supervisor and also during joint consultations with the Director of the Centre for Information and Library Services of VŠE, Ing. Václav Šubrta. At these consultations, the individual developed parts and features of the system will be presented and evaluated. The application will also be tested by the acquisitions department. The bachelor thesis first explains what the acquisition of publications is and how it is done at VŠE. Then it describes the technologies, that are or will be used in the system and describes the initial state of the system before adding new functionalities. The thesis also analyses the existing process of ordering publications, proposes its conversion to digital form and describes the process of implementing the development iterations. |
