| Abstract: | Pandemie COVID-19 jistě změnila život každého člověka a tím zasáhla všechny oblasti ekonomiky. Jednou z oblasti v ekonomice, na kterou je tato práce zaměřena, je trh práce. Trh práce je důležitou části ekonomiky, která zajišťuje jednotlivcům prostředky na zabezpečení existenci a uspokojovaní potřeb. Nutnost sledovaní vývoje trhu práce je zřejmá, neboť indikuje kvalitu života občanů, stav ekonomiky a její strukturu. V práci je analyzována jak oblast zaměstnanosti, tak oblast výdělků v letech 2014 až 2022. Je sledován jak obecný vývoj trhu práce v těchto letech, tak i dopad pandemie COVID-19 na zmíněný trh. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy, tykající trhu práce. Jsou zde analyzovány změny podle pohlaví a věkové struktury, vzdělanostní struktury a podle sekcí ekonomických činnosti CZ-NACE. Analytická část práce je primárně založena na indexní analýze a rozkladu indexu proměnlivého složení. |

| Abstract: | The COVID-19 pandemic has certainly changed every person's life, affecting all sectors of the economy. One of the sectors in the economy that this thesis is focused on is the labor market. The labor market is an important part of the economy that provides individuals with the means to ensure their existence and needs. The need to monitor the development of the labor market is obvious, as it indicates the quality of life of the citizen, the state of the economy and its structure. The thesis will analyze both the area of employment and the area of earnings in the years 2014 to 2022. Both the general development of the labor market in these years and the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the mentioned market will be monitored. The theoretical part will explain the basic concepts related to the labor market. We will analyze changes by gender and age structure, educational structure and by sections of economic activities CZ-NACE. The analytical part of the work will be primarily based on index analysis and decomposition of the index of variable composition. |
