There is a large number of organisations in the world that have one thing in common, they all have to follow certain rules and behave ethically towards each other. This work focuses on the topic of compliance or more precisely on e-learnings of compliance for employees on, because the right direction of the company depends on its staff. The employer relies on employees awareness of how they should behave in terms of business. Failure to comply with rules and regulations can be punished, which exposes the business to certain risks. In order to avoid reputational damage and fines, an employer must ensure that his/her employees are aware of the latest regulations. The most optimal solution to this issue is e-learning. Learning management systems are not difficult to acquire and maintain. The compliance team need not to conduct seminars and live training sessions. Training sessions can be updated or cancelled online. It is possible to define a target group and monitor the progress. The main goal of the work is to apply existing methodologies and standards to create training on crypto compliance.
