| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na zjištění postoje vybrané skupiny uživatelů k systémům eGovernmentu v České republice. Cílem práce je zjistit, jakým způsobem tito uživatelé vnímají eGovernment, jakým způsobem ho využívají a jaké jsou jejich zkušenosti s jednotlivými systémy. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní principy eGovernmentu, charakterizovány vybrané služby a teoretické modely vztahu k systémům eGovernmentu. V praktické části jsou prezentovány výsledky výzkumu, který byl proveden mezi vybranou skupinou uživatelů eGovernmentu. Výzkum se zaměřil na jejich postoj k eGovernmentu, motivaci a zkušenosti s jeho využíváním. Na základě získaných dat jsou navržena opatření, která by mohla přispět ke zlepšení vztahu mezi uživateli a systémy eGovernmentu v České republice. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis focuses on determining the attitude of a selected group of users towards eGovernment systems in the Czech Republic. The aim of the work is to find out how these users perceive eGovernment, how they use it and what their experiences are with individual systems. In the theoretical part, the basic principles of eGovernment are described, selected services and theoretical models of the relationship with eGovernment systems are characterized. In the practical part, the results of the research, which was conducted among a selected group of eGovernment users, are presented. The research focused on their attitude towards eGovernment, motivation and experience with its use. Based on the obtained data, measures are proposed that could contribute to improving the relationship between users and eGovernment systems in the Czech Republic. |
