| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce řeší problematiku vlivu rozdílných rodinných politik v České republice, Polské republice a ve Švédsku na stárnutí populace pomocí zkoumání vlivu zvyšování výdajů na peněžitou pomoc v mateřství (a sociálního zabezpečení) na demografický vývoj v letech 2012 až 2022. Teoretická část bakalářské práce se zabývá vymezením základních pojmů souvisejících s tématem rodinné politiky, jejího vývoje a významu jakožto součásti sociální politiky. Závěr této části představuje druhy nástrojů rodinné politiky a jejich rozdílnost ve zkoumaných zemích. Praktická část uvádí graficky znázorněná data demografického vývoje v komparaci s vývojem výše výdajů na peněžitou pomoc v mateřství a celkových výdajů na sociální zabezpečení. Udává vyhodnocení možné závislosti demografického vývoje na těchto výdajích. Cíl práce se podařilo naplnit a závislost demografického vývoje na výši daných výdajů se neprokázala. Přínos práce a její ojedinělost spočívá ve výběru sledovaných států a metodě výzkumu. Využití těchto poznatků umožňuje vyloučení výrazného vlivu zvyšování výše daných výdajů na demografický vývoj a umožňuje další zkoumání jiných faktorů ovlivňující demografický vývoj. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis addresses the issue of the impact of different family policies in the Czech Republic, the Republic of Poland and Sweden on population ageing by examining the impact of increasing expenditure on maternity benefits (and social security) on demographic trends between 2012 and 2022. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis deals with the definition of basic concepts related to the topic of family policy, its development and its importance as a part of social policy. The ending of this part presents the types of family policy instruments and their differences in selected countries. The practical part presents graphical data on demographic development in comparison with the development of the level of expenditure on maternity assistance and total social security expenditure. It provides an assessment of the possible dependence of demographic trends on these expenditures. The aim of the study was achieved and the dependence of demographic trends on the level of expenditure was not demonstrated. The contribution of the thesis and its uniqueness lie in the selection of the countries studied and the research method. The use of these findings makes it possible to exclude a significant effect of the increase in the level of expenditure on demographic development and allows further investigation of other factors affecting demographic development. |
