| Abstract: | The Bachelor Thesis aims to outline the current status of the leanness level in the consultancy business in search of insights for sustainable Lean Six Sigma management. It follows the literature review of Lean Six Sigma management with a focus on operations management in the consulting industry. The research is conducted following the ethnography research strategy as well as qualitative interviews based on the questionnaire developed for assessing the performance of the consulting company. The practical part presents the analysis of Consulting Company A from a Lean Six Sigma perspective by assessing the operations of the company based on the main parameters: value, continuous improvement, seven types of waste, and variation. The outcomes of the Bachelor Thesis provide an evidence of Lean Six Sigma application in consulting industry and propose ways for improvements to reach sustainable results. |

| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce si klade za cíl nastínit současný stav úrovně štíhlosti v poradenské činnosti při hledání postřehů pro udržitelné řízení Lean Six Sigma. Navazuje na přehled literatury o managementu Lean Six Sigma se zaměřením na řízení provozu v poradenském průmyslu. Výzkum je prováděn podle strategie etnografického výzkumu a kvalitativních rozhovorů na základě dotazníku vytvořeného pro hodnocení výkonnosti poradenské společnosti. Praktická část představuje analýzu poradenské společnosti A z pohledu Lean Six Sigma posouzením fungování společnosti na základě hlavních parametrů: hodnota, neustálé zlepšování, sedm druhů plýtvání a variace. Výstupy bakalářské práce dokládají uplatnění Lean Six Sigma v poradenském průmyslu a navrhují způsoby zlepšení k dosažení udržitelných výsledků. |
