| Abstract: | Předmětem bakalářské práce „Refinancování společnosti pomocí emise dluhopisů“ je analýza rozhodnutí společnosti pro emisi dluhopisů a výpočet ukazatelů poměru LTV a Pro Rata Poměru LTV a vyhodnocení jejich hodnot. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První část se zabývá teoretickým popisem dluhopisů, jejich druhy, popisy práv, která jsou s nimi spojena a podmínkami jejich emisí. Také jsou v této části vymezeny konečné podmínky dluhopisů, základní prospekt a agent pro zajištění. Ve druhé části jsou představeny společnosti CPI Finco Slovakia a Efimacor, S.á.r.l. a CPI PG, vysvětlen důvod pro emisi dluhopisů a vypočteny požadované ukazatele pro jednotlivé roky, dokud nebude emise dluhopisů splatná, a následně vyhodnoceny, zda dosahují legislativně stanovených hodnot. |

| Abstract: | The subject of the bachelor thesis "Refinancing the company through bond issue" is the analysis of the company's decision to issue bonds and the calculation of the LTV ratio and Pro Rata LTV ratio and the evaluation of their values. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part deals with the theoretical description of bonds, their types, descriptions of the rights associated with them and the conditions of their issue. Also, the final terms of the bonds, the base prospectus and the security agent are defined in this part. The second part introduces CPI Finco Slovakia and Efimacor, S.á.r.l. and CPI PG, explains the reason for issuing the bonds and calculates the required ratios for each year until the bonds are due to be issued, and then assesses whether they achieve the legally required values. |
