| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je odborně posoudit a zhodnotit vyplácení podílů na zisku společnosti z hlediska strategického, finančního a legislativního a zodpovědět výzkumnou otázku. Hlavní výzkumná otázka zní: Může firma, která čerpala státní covidové podpory a je dostatečně finančně a strategicky zdravá, vyplácet podíl na zisku za předpokladu, že splňuje podmínky a testy, které udává zákon o obchodních korporacích a insolvenční zákon? Přínosem práce je mimo samotného výsledku také zhodnocení strategického a finančního stavu vybraného podniku, jako celku a může sloužit ostatním firmám jako vzor postupu při vyplácení podílu na zisku. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the master thesis is to assess and evaluate the payment of profit shares in a company from the strategic, financial and legislative point of view and to answer the research question. The main research question is: Can a company, that has drawn state COVID aid and is financially and strategically strong at the same time, pay out dividends while meeting the conditions and tests set out in the Business corporation Act and the Insolvency Act? The contribution of the paper, apart from the result itself, is the assessment of the strategic and financial health of the selected company and can serve as a model for other companies in the procedure of paying out dividends. |
