| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je pomocí finanční analýzy nejprve vyhodnotit ekonomický vývoj podniku Meopta – optika, s.r.o. v posledních pěti letech, a na základě poznatků z jednotlivých částí finanční analýzy navrhnout novou, efektivnější strategii pro vedení podniku. Práce je tvořena teoretickým základem, následovaným praktickou částí. Teoretická část práce definuje klíčové analýzy, které poskytují informace pro návrh finanční strategie, a také činitele jednotlivých analýz. Praktická část práce aplikuje poznatky teoretického základu na podnik Meopta – optika, s.r.o. pomocí provedení konkrétních analýz na podniku samotném. Zdroje informací pro potřeby práce jsou volně dostupné, a patří mezi ně účetní závěrky podniku z let 2017-2021, informace z MPO, či data z různých internetových databází. Finanční analýza, a především její dílčí analýzy, odhalí silné a slabé stránky podniku. Syntéza těchto informací poskytne základ pro návrh budoucí finanční strategie podniku, jejíž cílem bude převést slabé stránky podniku na jeho silné stránky, a také udržet silné stránky podniku. |

| Abstract: | The target of this bachelor’s thesis is to at first analyze the economic development of the company Meopta – optika, s.r.o. in the last five years, and based on the findings from each individual part of financial analysis to afterwards propose a new and more effective financial strategy for the management of the company. This thesis comprises of a theoretical base followed by a practical part. The theoretical part of this bachelor thesis defines the most important analyses which provide information for proposal of the financial strategy, and factors of each individual analysis. The practical part employs the findings from the theoretical base on the company Meopta – optika, s.r.o. by carrying out the defined analyses on the company. Sources of information used in this thesis are freely available and are comprised of financial statements of the company of the years 2017 to 2021, information from MIT, or data from various internet databases. Financial analysis and especially its particular analyses reveal strengths and weaknesses of the company. Synthesis of this information provides the base of proposal of future financial strategy of the company. The goal of the proposed financial strategy is to convert weaknesses of the company into its strengths and to maintain the current strengths of the company. |
