| Abstract: | Živé umění se jinak může nazývat pouličním uměním. To může být vyjádřeno, jako hudba, divadlo, tanec a jiné činnosti. Tato bakalářská práce se proto zaměřuje na problematiku festivalů pouličního umění na veřejném prostranství, konkrétně festival Pilsen Busking Fest, který se každoročně koná ve městě Plzeň. Cílem práce je zjistit, jak ovlivňuje Plzeň a její přístup k pouličnímu umění realizaci Pilsen Busking Festu. Výzkumné otázky se následně zaměřují na obecné faktory a faktory ze strany města, která též ovlivňují realizaci festivalu. Teoretická část se zabývá vysvětlením základních pojmů jako je např. pouliční umění, veřejné prostranství nebo vyhláška. Je zde také popsána kulturní scéna v Plzni a ukázka jiných festivalů pouličního umění v České republice. Navazující praktická část je tvořená pomocí kvalitativního výzkumu. Výstupy jsou následně vyhodnoceny dle zakotvené teorie a jsou shrnuty výsledky výzkumu. Jako jeden z přínosů bakalářské práce se dají považovat informace, které byly shrnuty ohledně města Plzeň a jejímu přístupu k buskingu. |

| Abstract: | Live art can otherwise be called street art. This can be expressed as music, theatre, dance, and other activities. This bachelor's thesis therefore focuses on the issue of street art festivals in public spaces, specifically the Pilsen Busking Fest, which is held annually in the city of Pilsen. The research questions then focus on general factors and factors from the side of the city, which also influence the implementation of the festival. The theoretical part deals with the explanation of basic terms such as street art, public space, or decree. The cultural scene in Pilsen and a sample of other street art festivals in the Czech Republic are also described here. The subsequent practical part is created using qualitative research. The outputs are then evaluated according to the grounded theory and the research results are summarized. The information that was summarized regarding the city of Pilsen and its approach to busking can be considered as one of the benefits of the bachelor thesis. |
