| Abstract: | Udržitelnost a ESG se stává stále aktuálnějším a globálnějším tématem. Je proto důležité věnovat jim pozornost. Velké množství firem bere nefinanční reporting spíše jako náklad a nutnost snížit svůj zisk. Tomu tak ale vůbec být nemusí. Udržitelnost je především o tom, aby vše fungovalo dlouhodobě a bez jakýchkoliv škod. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá Implementací ESG standardů ve vybrané firmě. Cílem práce bylo získat informace o vybrané firmě VAFO Praha, s.r.o. a jejího přístupu k nefinančnímu reportingu. Pro dosažení tohoto cíle byl zvolen hloubkový kvalitativní rozhovor se dvěma zaměstnanci této firmy. Práce se zaměřuje na problematiku udržitelnosti a odpovědnosti. Pozornost byla věnována ESG nefinančnímu reportingu, jeho vyhodnocování a měření jeho výsledků. Výsledkem této práce byly návrhy a doporučení pro vybranou firmu VAFO Praha, s.r.o. |

| Abstract: | Sustainability and ESG is becoming an increasingly topical and global topic. It is therefore important to pay attention to them. A large number of companies take non-financial reporting more as a cost and a necessity to reduce their profit. But it doesn't have to be like that at all. Sustainability is above all about ensuring that everything works in the long term and without any damage. This bachelor's thesis deals with the implementation of ESG standards in a selected company. The aim of the work was to obtain information about the selected company VAFO Praha, s.r.o. and its approach to non-financial reporting. In order to achieve this goal, an in-depth qualitative interview with two employees of this company was chosen. The work focuses on the issues of sustainability and responsibility. Attention was paid to ESG non-financial reporting, its evaluation and measurement of its results. The result of this work were proposals and recommendations for the selected company VAFO Praha, s.r.o. |
