| Abstract: | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na onboardingový proces nových zaměstnanců společnosti adidas ČR s.r.o. a návrh interního onboardingové portálu, který má za cíl zlepšit tento proces. Teoretická část práce se věnuje personálnímu řízení z celostního pohledu a klíčovým tématům adaptačního procesu. Cílem práce je provést analýzu stávajícího onboarding procesu a navrhnout vlastní onboardingový portál, který bude sloužit jako jednotné místo pro všechny základní postupy a funkce adaptačního procesu. Hlavním záměrem navrhovaného portálu je minimalizace rizik a využití příležitostí, které byly identifikovány v rámci SWOT analýzy. V závěru práce jsou vyhodnoceny silné a slabé stránky návrhu onboardingového portálu. |

| Abstract: | The thesis focuses on the onboarding process of new employees of adidas ČR s.r.o. and the design of an internal onboarding portal that aims to improve this process. The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to HR management from a holistic perspective and the key issues of the onboarding process. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the existing onboarding process and to design a custom onboarding portal that will serve as a one-stop shop for all the basic procedures and functions of the adaptation process. The main purpose of the proposed portal is to minimize risks and exploit opportunities that were identified in the SWOT analysis. The thesis concludes by evaluating the strengths and weaknesses of the onboarding portal proposal. |
