| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá státním rozpočtem ČR a tím, jak se změnila jeho struktura mezi lety 2018 až 2021 v souvislosti s covidovou krizí. Je zde porovnán stav státního rozpočtu před začátkem pandemie se stavem z období po vypuknutí krize, kdy došlo k vysokému zadlužování, proměnila se příjmová i výdajová strana rozpočtu a začaly vznikat rekordní deficity. V práci jsou blíže konkretizovány jednotlivé peněžní transfery, přičemž velká část z nich s covidem vůbec nesouvisela, rozpočet nebyl na krizi dostatečně připraven a přetrvávaly strukturální problémy z dřívějších let. Práce nabízí se komplexní pohled na celkovou problematiku a upozorňuje na nejzásadnější problémy s pojené s rozpočtovou udržitelností. V závěru jsou zmíněny názory významných odborníků a možné řešení konsolidace státního rozpočtu. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor's thesis deals with the state budget of the Czech Republic and how its structure changed between 2018 and 2021 in connection with the covid crisis. The state of the state budget before the outbreak of the pandemic is compared with the state after the outbreak of the crisis, when the debt grew, the income and expenditure sides of the budget changed, and record deficits began to emerge. Individual money transfers are specified in more detail in the bachelor's thesis, while a large part of them were not related to covid at all, the budget was not sufficiently prepared for the crisis, and structural problems from earlier years persisted. The work offers a comprehensive view of the overall issue and draws attention to the most fundamental problems associated with the sustainability of the budget. At the end, the opinions of important experts and a possible solution to the consolidation of the state budget are mentioned. |
