| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou digitálního pirátství, a to se zaměřením na audiovizuální díla. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. Teoretická část nastiňuje problematiku audiovizuálního pirátství. Představuje historii autorského práva a digitálního pirátství, legislativní zakotvení duševního vlastnictví, organizace bojující proti šíření pirátského obsahu a popisuje proces digitálního pirátství. Součástí je také rozbor existující literatury zabývající se motivací uživatelů nelegálních zdrojů a ekonomickými dopady digitálního pirátství. Praktická část obsahuje kvantitativní výzkum provedený online dotazníkovým šetřením, který zahrnuje studenty vysokých škol. V této části je stanovena výzkumná otázka a hypotézy, metodika výzkumu, analýza jednotlivých otázek. Na závěr jsou shrnuty a diskutovány výsledky výzkumu. Účelem této bakalářské práce je prozkoumat motivaci uživatelů nelegálních zdrojů audiovizuálního obsahu v České republice. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor’s thesis deals with the issue of digital piracy, focusing on audiovisual works. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part outlines the issue of audiovisual piracy, presenting the history of copyright law and digital piracy, the legislative framework for intellectual property, organizations fighting against the spread of pirated content, and describes the process of digital piracy. It also includes an analysis of existing literature on user motivation for illegal sources and the economic impacts of digital piracy. The practical part contains a quantitative research study conducted through an online survey of college students. The research question and hypotheses, research methodology and analysis of individual questions are all outlined in this section. Finally, the results of the research are summarized and discussed. The main purpose of this thesis in to explore the motivation behind the use of illegal sources for audiovisual content in the Czech Republic. |
