In the practical part, the relationship between employee motivation and different performance measures is examined in the context of financial compensation. A structured questionnaire with close-ended questions is used to collect relevant data and gain insight into the current situation in the financial administration. This analysis will provide us with a basis for designing effective measures that will lead to an increase in motivation and overall job performance of the staff of the tax office. Based on the information found, it will be possible to make specific recommendations for human resource management and to improve the motivational processes in the organization. |
