| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je na základě výstupů strategické analýzy zhodnotit aktuální pozici podniku proDiscgolf.cz na trhu a formulovat strategická doporučení pro zlepšení konkurenceschopnosti a udržení dlouhodobého úspěchu. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. Teoretická část se zabývá tématem strategické analýzy a slouží jako podklad pro vypracování praktické části práce. V praktické části jsou metody strategické analýzy aplikovány na vybraný podnik. Na závěr je provedena syntéza výsledků pomocí SWOT analýzy, na jejímž základě jsou formulována strategická doporučení pro rozvoj podniku. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to evaluate the current market position of proDiscgolf.cz based on the outputs of the strategic analysis and to make strategic recommendations for improving competitiveness and maintaining long-term success. The bachelor’s thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part examines the topic of strategic analysis and serves as a basis for the practical part of the thesis. In the practical part, the methods of strategic analysis are applied to the researched enterprise. At the end of the thesis, the results are synthesized using the SWOT analysis, on the basis of which strategic recommendations for future development of the enterprise are formulated. |
