| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je vyhodnocení dopadu různých faktorů ovlivňujících společnost KLAUS Timber, a.s. a zhodnocení postavení společnosti na trhu. Metody strategické analýzy jsou popsány a uskutečněny s využitím především sekundárních dat, která jsou čerpána ze statistických webových portálů a aktuálních účetních závěrek zkoumané společnosti za období 2019-2021. V teoretické části práce jsou představeny jednotlivé metody strategické analýzy, které vycházejí z literární rešerše. Praktická část je rozdělená na analýzu vnějšího okolí, analýzu vnitřního prostředí firmy a syntézu. Analýza vnějšího okolí je představena PESTLE analýzou, základní charakteristikou odvětví, analýzou konkurence a zájmových skupin. Pro analýzu vnitřních zdrojů a schopností jsou použity klasifikace zdrojů, VRIO analýza, finanční analýza, Porterův hodnototvorný řetězec a analýza portfolia. Následně je provedena syntéza zahrnující SWOT analýzu a analýzu rizika. Na základě zjištěných výsledků v závěru jsou formulována strategická doporučení pro KLAUS Timber, a.s. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate the impact of various factors influencing KLAUS Timber, a.s. and assess the company's position in the market. Strategic analysis methods are described and implemented using primarily secondary data obtained from statistical web portals and the company's financial statements for the period 2019-2021. The theoretical part of the thesis introduces various strategic analysis methods based on a literary review. The practical part is divided into an analysis of the external environment, an analysis of the company's internal environment, and a synthesis. The analysis of the external environment is presented through a PESTLE analysis, basic industry characteristics, a competition analysis, and an analysis of stakeholders. Classification of resources, VRIO analysis, financial analysis, Porter's value chain, and portfolio analysis are used to analyze internal resources and capabilities. Subsequently, a synthesis is performed, including SWOT analysis and risk analysis. Based on the findings, strategic recommendations for KLAUS Timber, a.s. are formulated in the conclusion. |
