| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá posouzením vlivu implementace konceptu trvalé udržitelnosti na náklady bankovní společnosti. Teoretická část vytváří podklad pro komparaci se skutečným stavem ve vybraném podniku. Praktická část odpovídá na otázky, jaká je role účetního týmu v souvislosti s udržitelností, jak společnost monitoruje environmentální náklady a jaké klíčové ukazatelé výkonnosti v rámci své činnosti sleduje. Finální kapitola obsahuje hypotetický scénář znázorňující souvislosti mezi zavedením environmentálních opatření, snížením provozních nákladů a změnami finančního postavení společnosti vlivem přechodu na udržitelný rozvoj. |

| Abstract: | Bachelor's thesis assesses the impact of implementing the concept of sustainable development on the costs of a banking company. The theoretical part provides a basis for comparison with the actual situation in the selected company. The practical part answers questions about the role of the accounting team in relation to sustainability, how the company monitors environmental costs, and what key performance indicators it tracks in its activities. The final chapter presents a hypothetical scenario illustrating the relationships between the introduction of environmental measures, the reduction of operating costs, and changes in the financial position of the company resulting from the transition to sustainable development. |
