| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice slaďováním rodinného a pracovního života žen s dětmi do 6 let věku. Cílem práce je zhodnocení postavení žen s malými dětmi na trhu práce a následný návrh opatření na zlepšení jejich zaměstnávání a ulehčení návratu na trh práce po rodičovské dovolené. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. V rámci teoretické části jsou shrnuta základní teoretická východiska. V rámci praktické části jsou nejprve zkoumána sekundární data zabývající se užitím flexibilních forem zaměstnání na českém trhu. V druhé části jsou zkoumána primární data získaná pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů se ženami, které mají děti do věku 6 let a zároveň se již vrátily na trh práce. Ze zkoumání dat vyplývá, že ačkoliv je pro ženy možnost užití částečných úvazků a flexibilních forem zaměstnávání mnohdy důležitější než například finanční ohodnocení, řada zaměstnavatelů není ochotna tyto možnosti poskytovat. |

| Abstract: | The Bachelor´s Thesis deals with the issue of work-life balance of women with children under 6 years of age. The goal of the thesis is to evaluate the position of women with young children the labour market and to propose measures to improve their employability and facilitate their return to the labour market after parental leave. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part summarises the basic theoretical background. The practical part first research secondary data on the use of flexible forms of employment in the Czech market. The second part search primary data obtained through semi-structured interviews with women who have children under the age of 6 and have already returned to the labour market. The data show that although the possibility of part-time work and flexible forms of employment are often more important for women than, for example, financial compensation, many employers are not willing to provide these options. |
