| Abstract: | Předložená bakalářská práce se zabývá postavením ukrajinských pracovníků na českém trhu práce v období od roku 2018 do roku 2022. Vybranými ukazateli je vývoje zaměstnanosti ukrajinských občanů, jejich participace na trhu práce či počet ukrajinských živnostníků vyskytujících se na trhu práce v ČR za vybrané roky. Hlavním cílem práce bylo zjistit, jak se změnil trh práce cizinců na území České republiky vlivem příchodu imigrantů prchajících před válkou. Ke zjištění cíle, byly v práci použity ukazatele, jak je průměr a medián hrubých měsíčních mez či odpracované a neodpracované hodiny občanů z vybraných zemí participujících se na českém trhu práce. Pro bližší pochopení dopadů migrační vlny na český trh práce dochází k charakteristice imigrantů hledajících útočiště na území České republiky. Práce vychází z dostupných dat zveřejněných Českým statistickým úřadem, Ministerstvem práce a sociálních věcí a Informačním systému o průměrném výdělku. |

| Abstract: | The presented bachelor thesis deals with the position of Ukrainian workers on the Czech labour market in the period from 2018 to 2022. The selected indicators are the development of employment of Ukrainian citizens, their participation in the labour market or the number of Ukrainian tradesmen appearing on the labour market in the Czech Republic for selected years. The main objective of the work was to find out how the labour market of foreigners in the Czech Republic has changed due to the migration of people fleeing war. To achieve this goal, indicators such as the average and median gross monthly wages, as well as the worked and unworked hours of citizens from selected countries participating in the Czech labor market, were used in the thesis. In order to better understand the impact of the migration wave on the Czech labor market, the thesis characterizes immigrants seeking refuge in the Czech Republic. The thesis is based on available data published by the Czech Statistical Office, the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, and the Information System on Average Earnings. |
