| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá možnostmi kulturního využití areálu bývalého Dreherova pivovaru v Žatci, který je chráněn jako kulturní památka. Cílem této práce je identifikovat a analyzovat možnosti a následně pak formulovat návrh smysluplného, ekonomicky přijatelného a konkurenceschopného kulturního využití budovy a areálu bývalého Dreherova pivovaru v Žatci. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se nejprve zabývá udržitelným rozvojem, jehož součástí je i problematika brownfields. Dále je také rozebrán význam kultury, kulturních památek a kulturního dědictví z pohledu udržitelného rozvoje. Praktická část se věnuje areálu bývalého Dreherova pivovaru v Žatci, kde jsou charakterizovány možnosti jeho kulturního využití, které vychází z provedeného výzkumu. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor's thesis deals with the possibilities of cultural use of the premises of the former Dreher Brewery in Žatec, which is protected as a cultural monument. The aim of this work is to identify and analyze the possibilities and subsequently to formulate a proposal for a meaningful, economically acceptable and competitive cultural use of the building and grounds of the former Dreher Brewery in Žatec. The work is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part first deals with sustainable development, which also includes the issue of brownfields. Furthermore, the importance of culture, cultural monuments and cultural heritage from the point of view of sustainable development is also analyzed. The practical part is dedicated to the premises of the former Dreher Brewery in Žatec, where the possibilities of its cultural use are characterized, based on the research carried out. |
